New Articles of Association Adopted at the Special General Meeting (“2024 SGM”)
The 2024 SGM was convened on June 17, 2024 at room 823, 8/F, Fo Tan Railway House, 9 Lok King Street, Fo Tan, Hong Kong. Members attended in person or by proxy with voting rights of the Association. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kenneth LAU, Chairman of Communications Association of Hong Kong (CAHK).The meeting was attended by certain General Committee members, Executive Committee members and full members.. The special resolutions for the adoption of new Articles of Association of the Association was passed. The meeting procedure was in compliance with the requirement of the Companies Ordinance and the old Articles of Association.
