This version is applicable to those telecommunications service contracts signed, renewed, extended or replaced on or after 1 October 2023.

This version is applicable to those telecommunications service contracts signed, renewed, extended or replaced between May 2015 and September 2023.

This version is applicable to those telecommunications service contracts signed or renewed between July 2011 and April 2015.
